Select “Starting” from the Preferences sub-menu in the Edit menu to display this window.

 












When you double-click on the TimeTracker icon, it can open a new document (same as selecting New from the File menu), or display the file open window (same as selecting Open from the File menu), or neither.

However, if you double-click on a TimeTracker document icon (instead of the program icon), only the file that you double-click on opens regardless of what is set here.
